“Julie is encouraging, asks great questions, and is able to ‘connect the dots’ with great insight. Thanks to her coaching, I have gained greater clarity around my leadership gifts, style, and purpose. This deeper understanding of my own leadership voice has allowed me to make immediate changes in the way I approach my work and relationships. (And my team and coworkers are noticing in the best ways!) I dream and plan for the future with greater intentionality thanks to my sessions with Julie, and I look forward to a longstanding relationship where I can rely on her feedback. If you are looking for someone who ‘gets it’ and is eager to be your cheerleader, RUN don’t walk to your first session with Julie!”
